My Keeper

Note & Task Manager

Frontend Developer Personal productivity

Capture a note in one keystroke and manage the whole board without leaving the page.

A React note manager with full create, read, update and delete over component state, an expanding composer that stays collapsed until focused, and a responsive card board. Deployed on Vercel.

The Problem

Note-taking stops being useful the moment capture costs a page load. The composer has to stay one keystroke away and out of the way the rest of the time.

System Architecture

Architecture design

Illustrative paths, not live telemetry.

The composer and the card board both write through one note-state layer that re-renders the board; the client ships as a static Vercel deployment.

What I Engineered

  • Implemented full create, read, update and delete over React component state, with no page reload between operations.
  • Built an expanding composer that stays collapsed until focused, keeping the board readable when it is idle.
  • Laid the notes out on a responsive card board and shipped it on Vercel.

Impact & Scale

  • Create, edit and delete without a page reload
  • One-keystroke capture through the expanding composer
  • Publicly deployed and reachable on Vercel
